For smaller companies, it can be advantageous for all employees to see all of the company's projects at all times. This eliminates the need to assign projects to specific employees via the "Edit -> Assign projects" menu item or within the project properties via the Employees tab.
Note: Saved project favorites are no longer available without project assignment.
Note: Please do not switch this setting on and off frequently. This setting can cause problems with the current view of employees. Therefore, you should proceed as follows:
•Close all Xpert-Timers of the employees
•Make the change
•Restart the employees' Xpert Timers
When using XTWeb, you must:
•Log out of all XTWeb
•Restart the XTCloud server via the cloud server configuration
•Clear your browser cache and reload the website (F5) / Reopen the link to XTWeb
•Log the employee back into XTWeb
If you are working with active workgroups, this setting is not available.
