In the "History" tab, you can view all activities that have been carried out for the project so far.
You can sort the activities by date by clicking on the "Activity" column header.
You can also make entries retrospectively in this dialog. To do this, type the completed activity in the field provided, insert the correct date, and click on the button with the green plus sign
