Create new reminder

The easiest way to create a new reminder is to drag the object to the reminder area or reminder dialog.

This works for customers, projects, invoices, services, notes, documents, and tasks.

You can also create a reminder by right-clicking on an object:

A dialog box will then open for you to enter the details of the reminder.

 

Comment

Enter the information you want to appear in the reminder in the comment field.

Signal

Here you can choose between a dialog box or a desktop notification. You can also choose how many minutes before the due date you want to be notified. If you do not select a time, you will not be notified in advance.

Priority

The priority simply helps you manage your reminders.

For employees

You can also send a reminder to a colleague. To do this, simply select their employee name.
